Please note that the more complex the character is, the longer it may take me to finish.
Also keep in mind that backgrounds for these pieces consist of simple shapes, patterns, scenery, or abstract. (Unless client pays for complex background)

I take your character, shrink them to the size of my hand, and turn them fun sized.

Sketch

Simple or white background sketches. Usually colored in with either a watercolor brush or with flat colored with watercolor shading. Both with gray scale or a single color in mind for the character.

2 pages max, up to 5 panels
Canvas size can be 1080 x 1080 px or 1080 x 1920 px.
I will need the plot and script for the comic. As well as characters, their descriptions, and the genre of the comic.

Terms of Service & Information

Commission Agreement

By purchasing a commission from me, you certify that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of service and also verify that the commission you are purchasing is 100% voluntary. You are of legal age and/or have a parent's permission to purchase it. As well as promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished. Failure to follow will result in me denying your commission and/or blacklisting you from future commission work. If these terms are broken I reserve the right to deny any and all services no matter the progress made as well as any free use of commissioned work created by me. Please read the following below.

- Character ref in flat colors
- Pose and Expression
- If your character has an accessory, send reference photo. (Food, weapons, etc.)
- If you want your character in a different outfit, attach a reference photo of said outfit.
-If you request a background, please provide a detailed description or reference images.

Commission T.O.SLast updated: 9/12/261. Commission Queues and Deadlines
I work on commissions in the order I receive them. If a commission is needed by a deadline, do tell me before hand and I will let you know if it can be done on time. Furthermore, the commission must be paid upfront and in full for me to begin work.2. Minimum Age for Commissioner
You must be at least 16 years or older to commission me.
Please have your age in your social bio or provide age upon purchase of a commission. If you are found to be misleading about your age, you will be refused service.3. Artist's Right to Decline Work
I reserve the right to decline/reject a commission without explanation. I will not draw anything I am not comfortable with; this includes certain media as well (see point 8 for further details).4. Artist's Right to Discontinue Work
I reserve the right to stop work/cancel a commission if you are difficult to communicate with. I will not tolerate rude/disrespectful behavior in any way. In addition, if you prove difficult to get in contact with (EX: ghosting/blocking while work is being done), your commission will be put on hold as I will begin work on the next commission. I will resume work once you contact me again and when I finish the current commission I started on. If you or I cannot get into contact with each other within the span of 1-2 weeks, you will be refunded in full or refused a refund depending on how far I got with your commission.5. Policy on Delayed Work
You will be notified if a delay has occurred either through your social of choice, Ko-fi, or provided email. If you wish to see the progress your commission is in past the sketch phase, contact me and I will send you a W.I.P.6. Refund Policies and Revisions
You are allowed as many revisions as you wish if you are not happy with the initial sketch shown. If I find myself unable to complete the work, you will be offered a full refund regardless of progress. Once past the sketch phase you are not allowed to make any major changes to the commission nor will you receive a refund once line art begins.7. Free Use Terms
Commissions bought from me are for personal use only. You may do what you wish with the commission as long as proper credit is given if posted, outside of my socials or used for a project. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell the commission piece as prints. You may not post any commission work on Pinterest, trace, or claim my work as your own (using as a reference is just fine). Furthermore, you may not use commission work for commercial use, NFTs, or AI training.8. Artist's Use of Commission Work
As the artist, I reserve the right to use commission work as examples in portfolios of my work as well as posting them to my socials. I will never use the commission work for financial purposes such as reselling/making prints/adopts. If you do not want me to share your commission, you may state at such before, during, and shortly after the commission is being worked on or has been completed.9. Fan Art Terms
I am comfortable drawing fan art (for the most part). But there will be some media where I just won't be comfortable with drawing, either though inexperience or something else entirely. If I am not comfortable drawing the media you want me to draw, please do not pressure me into drawing it. You are very much welcome to ask me if I can draw the media you want to commission me for.10. References & Designing via Description:
Be sure that you send me a visual reference of the character you would like me to draw. A full body is preferred, but I can work with what I'm given depending on the type of commission you choose. If you do not have a visual reference of an OC for me to use, you can describe how you want them to look. You can send pictures to me of items/clothing you want the character to be carrying and I do my very best to make the character you're envisioning.
In terms of fan art/fandom characters, you may send me a visual reference for the character you want me to draw, or you can tell me the name/game/show/media they're from. (EX: Raven from Guilty Gear Xrd, Big Band from Skullgirls, Nami from One Piece)11. Lost Product/Misplacement:
Once the commission is completed I bear no responsibility if you happen to lose/misplace your commission piece. You will always be sent your commission piece via social of choice or email. I usually hold onto commission pieces for a while in a Google Drive or backup storage. While you may ask if I may still have it, keep in mind it's not a guarantee that I may have it as I won't be holding onto it indefinitely.

Just treat me nicely, that's all I'm asking.
